Comtest does diy with die nutsman |

 When local television series DIY Met Riaan needed a sponsor of test and measurement tools for Die Nutsman to use in the show, Comtest was more than happy to oblige.
In the series Riaan and his team go to local celebrities’ homes and help them to improve and decorate their homes. Riaan shows the celebrity and the viewer at home how to execute the job and get the celebrity involved in helping him do the DIY work. All electrical installations, repair and maintenance were carried out using Fluke tools such as the 117 digital multimeter, the T50 electrical tester and the LVD1.
For the last show of the series, Riaan and some guests visited Laerskool Eligwa in Vanderbijlpark, where Comtest was again able to assist by donating Fluke soccer shirts and caps for the school’s soccer team, ensuring they were well kitted out for 2010!
Comtest’s Val Verwer says, “What is particularly exciting for us is that Riaan endorses all of the Fluke tools that he uses during the course of his show, at the same time showing viewers how easy and safe they are to use.”
