New current clamps introduced Print E-mail
Fluke has recently launched three new current clamps:

The i6000 AC current clamps
The i310s AC/DC current clamp
The i800 clamp-on current probe

The Fluke i6000 AC current clamps utilize the Rogowski principle. The clamp can be used to measure currents up to 6000A when used in conjunction with multimeters, recorders, data loggers, power quality analyzers, or oscilloscopes. The flexible and lightweight measuring head allows quick and easy installation and measurement of odd shaped objects without breaking the circuit.

The Fluke i310s AC/DC current clamp is based on the same platform as the i30 and i30s current clamps and uses advanced Hall Effect technology for accurate non-intrusive measurement of AC and DC currents for use with multimeters, oscilloscopes, data loggers and other suitable recording instruments.

The Fluke i50s AC/DC current probe is a high performance probe using advanced Hall Effect technology for accurate non-intrusive measurement of Ac and DC currents. The high bandwidth 50MHz, High dv/dt immunity made the probe ideal for use in conjunction with high end oscilloscopes for the design, testing and fault finding of switch mode power supplies, motor drives, uninterruptible power supplies and electric vehicles as well as many other demanding applications.

The Fluke i800 is a clamp-on AC current probe designed to extend the current measuring capability of digital multimeter to 800 amperes AC. The clamp is compatible with a DMM that accepts 4mm shrouded banana plus and has an AC milliamp range.

Key features include: measures AC current from 100mA to 8000 A rms; 30 Hz to 10 kHz frequency range; CAT III 600 v rating; accepts up to 54mm (21 inch) diameter conductor size; 1000:1 conversion factor for easy calculation; and rugged positive action design.
