 Fixed Repair
For most of the current Fluke handheld products we offer a Fixed repair price. This fixed Repair price is at a Flat Rate cost. It covers parts, labour, and the calibration or performance tests necessary to repair the instrument and have it operate within published specifications. It also includes any factory-authorized modifications to bring it up to current standards. Repairs requiring replacement of cathode ray tubes, rechargeable battery packs, or mechanical and electromechanical parts are excluded. Any excluded parts required to make the repair will be billed at the current published price. Prices do not include unrelated multiple assembly failures, workmanship related problems, accessories or evidence of abuse or overload.
