Comtest visits Angolan customer |

 Comtest’s Gary Casper used a trip to the Angolan FILDA trade show to visit the local Comtest distributor, MultiTech, and to meet some of their customers. Here he is at the FILDA show with MultiTech CEO Paul da Gama.
In addition to attending FILDA, Casper visited several telecommunications customers in Angola and conducted training for staff at MultiTech on the latest range of products available through Comtest.
He says, “FILDA was very well attended and much interest was show in our range of products, particularly those of Fluke, All Test Pro, Tejas and JDSU. The products were demonstrated to visitors to the stand and I was pleased to meet representatives of several of Angola’s top players in the telecommunications field, including MS Telecom, Angola Telcom, Unitel, Movicell and the local electricity supplier, EDL.”
During his time in Angola, Gary also conducted training at Sonangol, an Angolan oil company that recently purchased four JDSU HST 3000s from local dealer MultiTech.
