 Comtest, leading local supplier and authorised distributor of Fluke test and measurement tools recently visited Kampala, Uganda to launch Fluke’s range of industrial power testing tools and to appoint a Fluke dealer.
Comtest CEO and Brendan Campbell, Business Manager, met with about 35 interested business people at the Hotel Africana Kampala. Of particular interest was the Ti20 Infrared thermal imager with its powerful diagnostic and predictive maintenance capabilities for industrial maintenance engineers. Also on show were Fluke power quality tools, DMMs, clamp meters, insulation testers, indoor air quality tools, digital thermometers and electrical testers.
Quick Band (Pty) Limited, has been appointed a value added reseller/dealer of Comtest (Pty) Limited and is the authorised distributor of Fluke products in Uganda.
Said Verwer, “The Ugandan market is of particular interest to Comtest, as it’s an unexplored frontier for our industry and business is booming north of the equator. Comtest is keen to be at the forefront of this mini-boom.”
