It neatly combines all the temperature measurement functions that a professional would need for various heating, ventilation and air conditioning monitoring jobs - in just one tool.

The Fluke 561 provides both noncontact infrared (IR) and contact temperature measurements, replacing the need for multiple test tools. The IR thermometer can be used to measure hot, moving, electrically energized and hard-to-reach objects instantly without the need for a ladder or having to shut down equipment.

For contact situations, the 561¹s Velcro pipe probe is designed for easy measurements of pipes, metallic objects and airstreams. Technicians can extend the capabilities of the meter by plugging in any industry-standard K-type mini-connector thermocouple.
